Perfect for those who already know which cruise or land tour they want to book but also want our support in: booking the reservations including access to exclusive promotions, amenities and upgrades if available, flight reservations, travel insurance recommendations, guidance on passport and visa requirements, electronic travel documents and act as your liaison with suppliers.
Adventurer Package
Perfect for those who want all of the above AND a professional review of the cruise or land tour they are thinking about (includes one hour consultation), assistance with pre/post cruise or tour accommodations, dining and excursion reservations offered with a cruise or land tour, incidental transportation reservations (rail, transfers), assistance with cancellations, mobile travel app and an invitation to write a review(s) for our exclusive “Places Curious Travelers Recommend” page.
Navigator Package
The gold choice for the curious traveler who wants a personalized, custom itinerary for up to 21 days. It includes all of the above plus: research and planning of a custom itinerary and booking of all reservations, including research into and liaison with local destination specialists, research and booking of private shore excursions (not offered by cruise line or tour company), research into private villas and flats not publicly listed, incidental travel reservations, private car and driver options, private jet charters and, if necessary, assistance with travel insurance claims.
Pricing
The listed package pricing includes up to four adults on the same itinerary or one nuclear family of one or two parents and their children 17 and under on the same itinerary. Please inquire for groups or multi-generational families and for bespoke itineraries over 21 days.
Payment for packages is due before the private one-hour consultation. It will be run through Oasis Travel network and appear on your credit card statement as “Oasis Travel Network Merchant Account” or “Palm Coast Travel Merchant Account”.
Service and support package are non-refundable for any reason, including force majeure, even if you choose not to book through Cobblestone Travels or to cancel your reservations.
